I think I’ve told you guys before, I have the biggest sweet tooth, I just can’t resist anything sweet!

I went to one of my favourite sweet shops in the West End and discovered they sold SKITTLES, but not the ordinary ones, TROPICAL favoured SKITTLES!!! I maybe late on this but the flavours are unbelievable!!! From: Banana Berry, Mango Tangelo, Kiwi Lime, Strawberry Starfruit and my favourite Pineapple Passionfruit. I paid £1.40 for the packet but they were more then worth it!!

MALE BOOTCAMP

This week I had the opportunity to be trained by well know PUA trainers ADAM and AMANDA LYONS. Its always good to brush up on your skills and I had fun doing so. The rest of my weekend was spent with male students working on their confidence, openers and approaches.

I had some very interesting guys to work with, one of my students was only 21 had a preference for older women between the age of 30-45! The other student lacked a lot of confidence even though he is what the majority of females deem to be attractive. I managed to help both students start to work through their challenges by the end of the session.

EXCITING NEWS

My 16 year old cousin WESLEY aka WES has decided that he wants to become an artist. I’m so excited. He’s defiantly a star in the making. Good Luck Wes! x

I happened to bumped into a good friend of mine presenter ANNALIESE DAYES at Kensington Roof  Gardens while I was on a shoot. Check it out and  look out for the pop up chair! lol

FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD!!!

I went to the ‎​Wright Brothers Oyster House for a business meeting. The fish restaurant was amazing and served some fantastic dishes.

I had a whole crab with garlic mayonnaise

I also tried Oyster in a spinach and cheese sauce. They were dreamy! I had fun cracking open the crab.. .Not!! I’m always worried the crab will go everywhere!!!

The food was great and so was the meeting  can’t wait for the outcome.

There’s only so much a person can take before they decide enough is enough!!! Love is meant to be enjoyable and fun and when it stops being fun, it maybe time to walk away.

How did you spend your valentine’s day? Who was the lucky one? Was it more special than last years?

I’m single at the moment and so is my best friend. Both of us were invited on dates but decided not to go. It’s important to be around the ones you love on this day.

My bestie suggested we go to this adorable restaurant in Earls Court called THE LITTLE FRENCH RESTAURANT. I love French food.

With yummy food in front of us we couldn’t hold back and tucked away into 3 courses and sides. I recommend this place to everyone, the atmosphere was cosy and there is so much character as it was converted from a Victorian house and still has the same layout.

OMG

So I was hanging out with a friend and she said she needed to show me a clip on YouTube.. she actually said that I wasn’t ready for the joke she was about to show me and believe me I wasn’t!!

She showed me a track ,the auto tune track was made from an actual news report in America, a young man called Antonie Dodson  was speaking about rescuing his sister from a house intruder in an interview, someone has now decided to turn this bit of news into a catchy track. Check it out, tell me what you think. I found myself singing along! Lol

FLAVOUR LIVE

I’m still in shock; I can’t believe I made my debut performance at FLAVOUR LIVE. It feels great to have finally launched! I must admit, I was terrified. When I saw the crowd, it put me off for a second and I didn’t want to move. But I closed my eyes and just got on with it! I feel I’ve learnt a lot from my first performance, it’s so different from singing in my room or with the comfort of my singing teacher.

All in all I think it went well but I know there’s a lot more DIVA in me. I always want to be the best!!  I couldn’t have asked for a better night, with my mum, sister, cousin and good friends there to show their support, it was an amazing night, one I will never forget! Love you all!!

and I wore a sexy black jumpsuit designed by SIMONE WILLIAMS.

Other performers on the night were DADDY’S GIRLS (Who were amazing, I’m a big fan of these girls!) and AYO from The Family.

I decided to have my acrylic nails taken off and have my nails done by  NAILS BY METS. The type I have are called Minx  and are perfect and convenient as you can get them done in the comfort of your own home. As I have had acrylic nails for a very long time my nails are paper-thin so a lot of work had to be done to protect my natural nails.

Actions speak louder then words.

I haven’t had a hairstyle in a while that has made people stop and stare at me in the streets. My new hair is having such a crazy effect. Went to STARBUCKS for brunch, I love the cheese, tuna and olives toasted sandwich. I also had my signature hot chocolate with extra cream and a over load of sauces.  Yes chocolate and caramel, its  so yummy I can’t wait until my next one.

INSPIRATIONAL YOU
Inspirational YOU was an amazing event organised by SONIA MEGGIE to celebrate success and inspire the youth of today. With such a huge turn out of people some, of the workshops were over flowing. As you may know I spoke in the ‘I’m Young and Winning’ seminar which was great. Hosted by MELVIN DAVIS I shared the panel with other speakers, including ANNIKA ALLEN,

RACHAEL WILLIAMS

and there was 15 year old speaker SHAMIKA POWER who totally blew me away. This young lady is a poet as well as an exceptional student with a level of confidence which put some of us to shame. Shamika recited one of her poems and it really moved me and she explained her story of being a gifted child in a regular school and when moving to a gifted school how she was then bottom of the class and had to work hard to get where she is now and never played the blame game.  I became a fan instantly! Inspirational YOU also supports the ACLT CHARITY who were also there. MEET AND GREET!!
I meet up with a guitarist I really want to work with, I love his style of playing.  Can’t wait to collaborate with Mr BANDENO. Also meet up with SCOTTIE B, who I’ve known from back in the day but haven’t seen him in like forever. We used to work together when we were younger at the same bar, he was the DJ and I was a bar tender. Thank GOD for FACEBOOK!!!

I’m so impressed with what Scottie B is doing now, he’s a producer and he has a clothing line called ‘Angry DJ’ check it out here. Love it!!!

I laugh, I cry, I love, I moan.

At times when things get on top of me expect me to act naturally as just like you I am only human.

This week I watched three movies, they were  THE KING’S SPEECH, THE BLACK SWAN and127 HOURS.

My personal favourite was THE KING’S SPEECH since I’m a fan of COLIN FIRTH. I think he’s a classic English gentleman; with an  beautiful accent that will make your heart melt! The movie explores the theme of friendship. George VI has a problem with his speech and needs to find a way to resolve his anxiety.

THE BLACK SWAN keeps you in suspense. The storyline is surreal but yet intelligent, with an unusual plot. NATALIE PORTMAN plays an amazing role as Nina. You’ll end up believing her character.

I felt sad whilst watching 127 HOURS and knowing that the film is based on a true story made it even more dramatic. The man’s struggle to survive made me cry; it was heartbreaking.  Imagine being trapped and injured with no one around to help you?! What would you do?  Overall,  the movie was great!  ARON RALSTON is an inspiration to all!

Make sure you check out all three movies. Hope I didn’t give too much away!! Lol.

Flavour Live

This February brings back FLAVOUR LIVE for 2011.

But this time I won’t only be attending I will be performing!!! It takes place  on the 10th of February at the SWAY BAR. The show kicks off at 7.30pm so if you’re around, come down and support me. BABY BLUE, AYO (from THE FAMILY on Channel 4), ANGEL and DADDY’S GIRLS will also be performing, so there’ll be a lot of talent on the night.

Love Doctor

I worked with four male students this weekend, teaching them the theory behind dating. I believe that being natural, honest and witty is the best way to attract the opposite sex. So many people put too much pressure on themselves which effects their self esteem. The key is to  listen and connect.

Yasmin – On My Own

Love this track so much right now and the more i find out about Yasmin is the more I like. I can’t believe she used to be a DJ and a very good one at that.

What is real perfection?  To me, it’s recognising and valuing what you have. Going with the flow, having confidence, believing in yourself and most importantly having fun as life’s about enjoying every moment.

I was feeling very blessed as I never thought a day would come when an artist would ask to paint me.

ROBERT MELDRUM is an amazing painter, he took a few images of me by the RIVER THAMES. He’ll use these for reference for the painting which will be ready in a few months.  I’m so excited, I can’t wait to see it finished.

La Soiree

I want to attend as many arty productions as possible this year, everything from art galleries to theatre performances.  I have a real love for all things creative, so lucky for  me a friend suggested that we go and see LA SOIREE at the South Bank BIG TOP situated behind the NATIONAL THEATRE.

The production was wonderfully put together.The host had me in stitches and all the performers were strong, funny although some were straight up weird!!

One performer was from Norway, he was double jointed and could dislocate his shoulders. Mr flexible squeezed his WHOLE body through a 10 and 12inch tennis racket!! He said when describing his trick it would hurt the audience more than him and believe me he was right. Seeing someone dislocate their own shoulder is not a pretty sight!!

I could go on all day about the show, but you must go and see it for yourself. Expect to get involved in the performance and don’t be surprised if you get wet!! Lol.

Va Va Voom

Do you have the VA VA VOOM? I know I do which is why I was modelling in the new Renault VA VA VOOM commercial!

Call time was 8am! Good thing the team and the cast were warm and friendly.

One of the scenes used a RENAULT CLIO hanging from the ceiling, it looked so cool.This is my attempt of trying to make it look like the car was balancing on my finger! Not sure it quite worked but it was fun trying! Lol

I had the great pleasure to meet and work with THIERRY HENRY as he’s a very cool guy. I was sitting next to him in a scene where I had to pull a face of disgust. Then he reassured me that it was going to be ok. Lol. I had the chance to see his daughter who was very beautiful. Also on set was ‎​DITA VON TEESE whose shoes were amazing!!! They were black, encrusted with diamonds; all you could see was sparkle, with a red sole.  I think they were LOUBOUTINS!!! At the moment, I’m not sure how the scene will be edited. But I’m curious to see the finished commercial and I know it will be a classic as the production was very prestige.

You’re  Beautiful, Woman! – Documentary

Remember last summer when I took part in a documentary for the You’re Beautiful, Woman! Well I can finally show it to you guys. It also features ANGIE LE MAR, DJ MISTA JAM and SHINGAI SHONIWA (from The NOISETTES)

Ashley Walters

I bumped into the incredibly talented actor/rapper  ASHLEY WALTERS on the tube! I must admit I still get surprised when I meet other people in the industry and they are really down to earth as many people are not.

Ashley was very cool and I’m glad to hear that he has just wrapped his latest film SUICIDE KIDS which will be released later on this year. I can’t wait to see the movie, I love British films!!
